At a panel devoted to the series produced by Gonzo, Filip Sablik said the first DVD set from FUNimation will likely be available in October. He said anticipates six sets in all, collecting the show's 24 episodes.

Top Cow also premiered a 10-minute, English-dubbed clip from the series, showing the futuristic Witchblade taking on a robot. Sablik noted the series is part of Top Cow's official Witchblade canon.

Jamie Marchi, who provided the English voice of Meg in Burst Angel, is playing Masane, the new Witchblade. Her daughter, Rihoko, is played by Carrie Savage.

Sablik said FUNimation is endeavoring to pack the DVDs with extras, which will likely include contributions from Top Cow artists
